We are looking for a new colleague in our Implementations, Oversight and Institutional Funds team. The team acts as one point of entry to Asset Management Operations and handles all larger implementations of new clients and funds launches as well as any changes or closure related to clients and funds. The team is a part of Asset Management Operations within Large Corporates and Institutions at Danske Bank, where funds and assets for institutional and private investors in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Luxembourg, and other countries are managed.

You will become responsible for driving several fund and client implementations together with many stakeholders throughout the Asset Management value chain, from operations to trading, portfolio managers, client managers, fund companies, and brokers.

We are a global and diverse team of nine professionals working from locations in Lithuania and Denmark. We place great emphasis on a good collaborative and professional environment, being solution-oriented, taking ownership, and optimizing and improving our processes so that we provide the best service to our customers.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract (expected duration: until December 31st, 2025).

Mission

• Be in charge of managing and running fund and client implementations, changes, and liquidations in Asset Management Operations
• Plan and manage your workload to meet agreed deadlines
• Manage a large number of different stakeholders across the full Asset Management value chain to ensure progress and decision-making
• Review and assess Operational documents from clients and funds
• Develop and enhance our implementation process while inspiring others
• Taking part of our strategic initiatives

Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in asset management, alternative investments, and/or fund management
• Knowledge of derivatives and SimCorp Dimension would be advantageous but not a requirement
• Ability to manage busy peak periods and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and experience in stakeholder management and process facilitation
• Structured and solution-oriented with a positive mindset
• Team member, self-driven, confident in making decisions and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
