Chief Analyst in Performance Management and Traction Team
Area
Performance Management & Traction team is a part of Technology Innovation & Foundation unit (Tech) who works along with Danske Bank Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and his leadership team heading the unit of approximately 1.400 colleagues.
The Performance Management & Traction team has three key pillars within its purpose:
- Working side by side with leadership on their strategic plans to ensure delivery, monitor progress, and act as a sparring partner
- Driving and contributing to a full management information and financial overview to enable informed decision-making
- Handling coordination and administrative tasks and support
As a Chief Analyst, you will be working closely with leadership team and act as their trusted partner, supporting sound and data-driven decision making. You have an overview of deadlines, strategic objectives with a firm grip on financials and other administrative routines. In addition, you will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within the unit and stakeholders outside of the unit.
The team is composed of 13 people in split between Copenhagen, Denmark, and Vilnius, Lithuania, and varying degrees of seniority inside and outside the bank.
Mission
- Sustain monthly financial cycle which includes planning, forecasting, monitoring performance with set targets
- Leverage your financial expertise and acumen to serve as a trusted advisor to area leaders, providing incisive analysis, insights and guidance to drive sound decision-making processes as well as help to identify risks and opportunities
- Actively participate and drive Yearly/Monthly financial processes including but not limited to providing analysis and insights, making sure data inputs and reports are correct
- Become a right-hand for Head of PM&T Team and cover in cases of absence
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization through effective communication
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and engagement inside and outside the team
- Ensure a structured administrative foundation
Skills
- 4+ year of experience in analyst/controller role within IT finance area
- Strong/advanced Excel skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes and high inflow of information
- The ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders across seniority levels
- A friendly and collaborative approach to working across teams and functions
- A self-driven, ambitious, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- A positive can-do attitude
- Have solid IT skills within MS office, good data representation skills
- Upper-Intermediate in English, both speech and writing

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 4160 EUR to 6240 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business, Senior.
