Are you motivated by people, agile ways of working, and creating value through digital HR solutions? Do you want to be part of a team responsible for all HR systems and digital processes at Danske Bank? If so, we are looking for a Product Owner for our Talent Management squad.
We have an ambitious agenda in Danske Bank HR around both the Talent agenda and about the technological foundation for our services and the Product Owner will be key in defining and implementing those plans.
As a Product Owner in the People Tribe, you will drive the development of our Talent and Learning functionalities in our Oracle HR platform. You will collaborate closely with the tribe lead and business stakeholders to define and deliver the product vision, roadmap, and backlog with a squad of highly motivated and experienced IT and business SMEs.
The role will be part of the Tribes extended leadership team.
Mission
- Drive the digitalization of our People Development tools, with a focus on talent management and learning across Danske Bank
- Create and implement a product vision and roadmap, that is in line with the bank’s Forward ‘28 strategy and our Group HR priorities
- Collaborate with the tribe leadership, fellow Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT partners to align on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Focus on the development and maintenance of our Oracle HCM system, by managing the product backlog and prioritizing features and user stories based on business value and user feedback
- Ensure that our systems are compliant and in line with various EU regulations and legislations by prioritizing feature developments and implementation of controls
- Empower and inspire the team to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business expectations
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members and build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Skills
- An experienced leader, product owner or a highly experienced person in managing activities and deliveries
- Solid understanding of the HR domain or experience in driving technological development preferably within SaaS solutions
- Strategic thinking. Being able to align the priorities, and the direction, in the squad with the overall goals of the Tribe/business
- Customer-centric mindset and a data-driven approach to product development
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build solid relationships, affect and align diverse perspectives and challenge ways of working and thinking
- Growth mindset and an openness to evolving with changing situations
- Emotional intelligence. Being self-aware of emotions, abilities and areas for improvement
- Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Squad Leader (Product Owner).
