Senior Business Analyst for Quality Assurance and Controls Management

As part of Danske Bank’s Third Party Risk Management organisation, the TPRM Risk Analytics & Supplier Assurance unit plays an essential role. Our newly formed team is charged with the responsibility of managing, developing and enhancing the third-party risk rating model and supervising the bank’s portfolio of third parties.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Controls Management analyst to support our risk specialists in our dual mandate to manage third party risk and ensure timely onboarding of third parties.
We are a new team at the beginning of our journey of shaping Danske Bank’s third party risk management framework. Joining us in these early stages offers a significant opportunity to shape the team and outlook for the future together with colleagues in both Lithuania and Denmark.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.
Mission
- Document, develop and maintain the third party risk rating, internal controls and testing model in collaboration with team and the data analyst
- Conduct quality & controls assurance activities on the third party risk management process and on individual third parties
- Assist with data analysis and quality control activities and ensure that findings are accurately captured
- Develop and maintain control assurance guidelines, operating procedures for third party risk management
- Keep track of internal and external requirements for third party risk management and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Bank to achieve alignment
- Represent our team across the organization
Skills
- Quality Assurance: 3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance, Internal Controls, Auditing activities (e.g. compliance, KYC, Quality Assurance, Controls Testing, ISO9001, etc.)
- Communication: A respectful and persuasive communication style is necessary. Ability to organise, structure, document, and disseminate complex information is crucial. Also upper-Intermediate English language skills, both written and spoken
- Stakeholder Management: The ability to collaborate across business units to achieve our team’s goals is critical
- Microsoft Excel: Working experience is essential
It would be considered as a beneficial asset, if you:
- Have interest or experience in governance, risk and compliance.
- Have interest or experience in statistical analysis and data management
- Are acquainted with the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), GDPR or EU banking regulation

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business, Senior.
