Senior Business Analyst with focus on QA in Validation Squad

Our mission in the AML Review Tribe is to protect our customers, society and banks from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance. If you are interested in fighting financial crime with modern, highly automated processes, then the AML Review Tribe is the place to be.
You will be a part of the Validation squad – in the center of action, communicating with multiple stakeholders, aligning and creating new validation rules for new and already existing customers’ segments. The Squad works as a hybrid team in Denmark, Lithuania and Poland, so we are used to working digitally.
You will also join the Business Analyst Chapter within the AML Review Tribe. The Chapter Lead will be your HR manager, supporting and mentoring you to ensure your personal and professional growth.
Mission
- Contribute to the development of functional requirements for validation rules, system architecture, timelines, and the identification of potential issues
- Organize and perform the QA and testing processes (adhering to SDLC and ISTQB guidelines) in the team to ensure optimal performance
- Manage complaint data flows, track defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and facilitate effective collaboration with developers to achieve smooth, consistent deliveries
- Develop automated test scripts, where applicable, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts
- Actively participate in Agile events and Chapter knowledge sessions
Skills
- Have 2+ years of experience in business/systems analysis and QA role
- Certification as a software tester (e.g., ISTQB) is ideal
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation (requirements, test cases, test results, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Good understanding of IT systems and how various IT systems interact
- Actively take responsibility for outcomes and deliverables, addressing issues proactively
- Knowledge of SQL, Postman, Tableau tool, JSON text format, and an understanding microservice architecture would be benefitial
- Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
