Intelligent Automation Tribe is a part of Technology & Services, established as a part of the BWOW structure. This unit democratizes and delivers intelligent & tactical automation solutions that save the bank’s cost and improve quality, compliance and delivery speed, catering to the needs of the entire bank.
We have a strong automation culture at Danske Bank. The Intelligent Automation Tribe is home for enabling the organization to capture benefits while waiting for the strategic systems or complete process transformation; development and maintenance of all new and existing intelligent automation solutions; expertise of industry’s best practices, innovations, and standards creation.
We are looking for a Analyst to join our NewTech, Standards and Infrastructure team. In this team, we ensure stable automation infrastructure, having high quality standards, work with joint Tribe projects, enabling Citizen development program bank-wide training and introducing new technologies according to the bank’s needs.
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 18 months).
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Mission
- Run initiatives and projects that enable automation technologies in the bank
- Analyse data and track departments results towards target
- Apply relevant project management and agile approach, when and where needed, to ensure the best possible outcome balancing duration, cost and objectives
- Facilitate work groups within the tribe and through the joint effort help remove automation obstacles to reach our goals
- Develop best practices and tools to continuously build competencies in the team and across the bank
Skills
- Solid knowledge of business analysis and basics of project management disciplines
- Solid consultancy skills in problem-solving, facilitation and stakeholder management
- Readiness to encourage, mentor, and aid a team in accomplishing their assignments and facilitating progress
- Great presentation and communication skills across different audiences, as well as an advanced level of English
- Interest in IT and automation fields with a constant search for new options and ways how to drive organization
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) would be an advantage

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business.
