We’re on the lookout for a motivated team member who has hands-on experience with ServiceNow and is skilled at analysing and designing business processes end-to-end. If you have the ability to articulate changes and introductions in business processes as part of solution development, we’d like to hear from you.

Mission
- Work with HR ServiceNow project that was launched globally
- Administrate HR Knowledge articles on a variety of different topics to enable employee self-service on HR platform, systems, processes, and policies
- Collaborate with colleagues from other HR teams on process improvements and system developments
- Work with data, quality, and system improvements
Skills
- Good investigative skills and attention to details
- Capability to navigate challenging scenarios and ability to deal with uncertainty
- Can-do attitude
- Capability to adjust and proactive approach to tasks
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (would be a benefit)
- Familiarity with HR processes (would be a benefit)
- Upper-Intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business, Associate.
