My name is Ignė Naujalytė and I am looking for the Quality and Compliance Manager to join our Telia Lietuva Quality, Process and Safety Team.

This role involves developing and maintaining our ISO quality management systems as well as improving information security activities to ensure compliance towards upcoming cyber security regulations. The successful candidate will have strong background in quality assurance, excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead, monitor, and ensure compliance with Telia Lietuva ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001)
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders on implementation of best information security practices (ISO 27001) to ensure compliance towards upcoming cyber security regulation
• Organize and coordinate internal and external ISO audits, ensuring preparedness and compliance
• Report on progress of activities, gaps and risks
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively
• Develop and implement quality related policies and procedures
• Train and mentor colleagues on quality management practices
• Collaborate and communicate to various stakeholders from Telia Company group

Your personality

• Able to handle multiple assignments and collaborate across functional areas
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Your experience and skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
• Organizing internal and external audits
• Training and mentoring staff on quality practices
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving
• Experience in implementing ISO 27001 and strong understanding of best information security practices (advantage)
• Work experience in international and complex IT, telco organizations (advantage)

Your qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (e. g. Quality management, social sciences, etc.)
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Fluency in Lithuanian and excellent communication skills in English to ensure your message is correctly understood in a multinational environment
• Driver license

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 2900 – 4200 Eur (gross) depending on your experience and track record of achievements.
