In Compute Services (CS) department, Active Directory team plays a key role in Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, PKI, MFA solutions design, implementation, and support, ensuring Security best practices together with market innovations.
You will have the opportunity to drive AD stack technologies roadmap in the bank, be part of public cloud migrations and own one of the critical capabilities for it and use and onboard modern ways of working best practices.

Mission
- Lead and manage a team of 6-7 professionals focusing on Active Directory and related services
- Act as the product owner of various products such as AD, Azure AD, ADFS, PKI, and MFA
- Ensure seamless integration of these products with public cloud services
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and future plans
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and training to team members to encourage their professional growth
- Manage and coordinate strategic plan updates and performance reports
- Promote a collaborative, success-oriented, and accountable environment within the team
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a team leading role (Security sector would be advantageous)
- Experience and knowledge with AD, Azure AD, ADFS, PKI, and MFA products
- High responsibility, accuracy, and accountability skills
- Ability to work in a technical lead role to coordinate a team of resources to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects
- Solid communication and collaboration skills (with team members, team leads, management, and stakeholders)
- Ability to mentor on processes and techniques to assure proficiency within the team
- Good prioritization skills, ensuring key deliverables
- Experience working in global agile setups (would be advantageous)
- Upper-Intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
