We are looking for a committed Designer to develop and shape solutions within our dynamic Digital Front Door tribe. In this role, you will play a key role in designing and crafting innovative solutions for our customers across digital platforms. This involves creating and integrating digital financial planning and management tools and experiences that offer comprehensive insights and visuals, empowering customers to manage their overall banking needs effectively.
Join a vibrant team of passionate, multi-disciplinary colleagues where you will lead in creating exceptional user experiences and interface designs. We value independence and expect you to take full ownership of your projects, guiding them from concept to completion. However, you will also be a part of a cross-unit Human Centred Design chapter, collaborating to brainstorm, seek inspiration, and align on current trends or challenges in your field.
You will be part of the cross-functional Digital Front Door tribe, which includes 9 squads working on various digital customer and advisor solutions, in addition you’ll be part of of multi-disciplinary This role offers the chance to work in an international setting with team members located across Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, and India. Your contributions will directly impact the way our customers interact with their finances, providing them with a seamless and comprehensive banking experience.

Mission
- Generate ideas, create concepts and narratives in collaboration between multiple teams
- Create and test prototypes in various fidelity to learn about our customers’ needs
- Turn customers insights into iterative improvements of our deliveries
- Actively participating in design reviews with other designers
- Work on the UI and apply the logic from our new design system
- Teach and nurture our junior colleagues to grow professionally
Skills
- Experience in UX and user-centered design, information architecture and analysis
- Proficient in Figma: both designing the interfaces and prototyping (Design for mobile app experience is a plus)
- Experience with user involvement and user journeys
- Good communication skills in both talking and visualizations
- Creativity, flexibility and openness for quick changes
- Good team player who can also work independently
- Working proficiency (written and spoken) in English
- Education (including courses) related to Design or Human–computer interaction (HCI) and experience on working as a UXr or UI Designer for at least 3 years
- Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2960 EUR to 4440 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
