IT Network Architect: Shaping Scalable Solutions with Cloud, Virtualization, and Kubernetes Networks  

We are looking for an Architect for IT Network Projects to play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure while supporting the sales process by aligning technical solutions with business goals. This role is a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient technology operations.

We work with traditional networking, data center networks, virtualization networks (e.g., VMware NSX), Kubernetes networks (e.g., OpenShift, Tanzu), and public cloud networks (e.g., AWS, Azure). While knowledge of all these technologies is not required, a strong background in any one of them is sufficient. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Design. Analyze current IT infrastructure, design scalable and secure network architectures, and select hardware, software, and cloud solutions that meet customer needs, budget, and future growth.
• Sales Support. Understand customer needs, collaborate with sales to create compelling solution presentations, and clearly communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Implementation & Support. Oversee network solution deployment to meet design and quality standards while providing ongoing support to the project team during implementation.
• Collaboration & Documentation. Stay current on emerging technologies, collaborate across departments to align technical solutions with business goals, and document technical processes for future reference

.Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: traditional networking, data center networks, virtualization networks (e.g., VMware NSX), Kubernetes networks (e.g., OpenShift, Tanzu), or public cloud networks (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Business acumen: understanding how IT solutions impact business goals and ROI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly to various audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales teams, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver client-centered solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

• Project Orchestrators & Solution Architects: Proven ability to lead teams in delivering projects on time and within budget, crafting tailored solutions for customers.
• Technical Guardians & Translators: Ensure smooth network operations and effectively bridge the gap between technical jargon and business-friendly language. 

Additional Notes:

• Specialization in areas such as cloud networking, security, or wireless solutions may be beneficial.
• The role involves meetings, with some travel for local client visits.
• This position is dynamic and challenging, requiring continuous learning to keep pace with evolving technologies.
