AI Engineer

Our team mainly based in Vilnius has the overall responsibility for providing organization with a variety of advanced analytics and data science products. You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve business challenges and enhance our services. Your will have a great opportunity to influence the work that our team and organization is doing, becoming a player in accelerating how we grow and retain our customers.

Your skills and experience 

• Have a quantitative degree such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or equivalent, though relevant experience is also acceptable
• Have good theoretical knowledge of different models and analytical techniques
• Have worked on data science / AI project in design, development, and deployment steps, you can demonstrate understanding of data science workflow and key challengers waiting along the way
• Are proficient with Python and data processing
• Eager to learn and develop technical skills – also happy to share knowledge with others
• Able to independently identify when you are stuck and seek support

What would make you stand out?

• Familiar with NLP techniques and tools, or have experience working with conversational AI platforms / chatbot development
• Experienced with software engineering best practices, version control , and cloud platforms, able to deploy and scale AI applications
• Able to evaluate and benchmark machine learning solutions before integration
• You can adapt your communication style to technical or non-technical audience

Your key responsibilities 

• Collaborate with business to identify AI opportunities, gather requirements, and define project scope
• Deliver AI projects working in a cross-functional team or alone
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools, libraries, and platforms to accelerate development process
• Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions in data team and wider business

(Monthly salary range for this position: 2870 - 5500 EUR depending on your experience and seniority level).
