We are looking for a Product Owner to strengthen our ambitious Product Owners team in Vilnius. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your solutions development skills.
Teltonika provides an opportunity to lead our test automation efforts and contribute to the development and improvement of our processes.
You should have a holistic approach, always seeking the overall picture and striving to understand how all parts interact with each other to achieve better solutions and more effective problem-solving. In case, you have any doubts about firmware or hardware components, please don’t. Your cross-functional team members will support you in every backlog refinement/grooming or sprint planning sessions!
In this role, you will:
- Define, build, and maintain a solution for firmware on hardware testing.
- Manage a cross-functional team consisting of full-stack (Node.js + React) developers and QA engineers.
- Advocate SCRUM framework and Agile mindset in a product team.
- Build a product roadmap and monitor OKRs with the Product Portfolio Manager.
- Collaborate with other POs, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and embedded system developers, ensuring the effective delivery of the development team.
- With the help of the Portfolio Manager present achievements and major topics to TOP management monthly.
What we expect of you:
- Strong can-do attitude.
- Experience in product or project management.
- Knowledge of Agile essentials.
- Willing to obtain (at company cost) or already have a PSPO I certificate.
- Good spoken and written English skills.
- Basic electronics and mechanics understanding.
- Basic computer network and protocol knowledge.
- Experience with Jira would be an advantage.
- Software development knowledge would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of microcontroller programming, electronics, and PCB design would be an advantage.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 26 Eur/h (~3300 Eur—4300 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
