.NET TEAM LEAD • TELEMATICS

We are currently expanding our team of .NET developers and are looking for a .NET Team Lead who will be responsible for both team leadership and technical guidance. In this role, you will coordinate and execute tasks within a small cross-functional development team focused on developing a cloud-based automotive electronic system that enables vehicle self-diagnosis and reporting capabilities. If you are result-oriented person able to lead by example and enjoys finding innovative solutions to technical challenges, this is a great opportunity to contribute extensively to the design and development of .NET solutions in a dynamic and collaborative team.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate team work according to Agile (Scrum) principles.
- Discuss and analyze requirements with PO and embedded developers’ team.
- Collaborate with other departments to analyze, evaluate, and implement complex solutions.
- Plan and prioritize team development work.
- Assist team members in designing and producing high quality, scalable, tested and maintainable software.
- Refactor and review code, providing feedback to team members and ensuring adherence to company-defined programming standards and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by internal and external partners.
- Work with C# .NET 8, MySQL, Entity Framework, Razor pages, React, Jira and GitLab.
What we expect of you:
- Good knowledge of C#, .NET platform
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- ORM (e.g. Entity Framework) knowledge
- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL)
- Experience in at least one of the testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit)
- CI/CD practice experience
- Experience with MS Visual Studio or Rider IDs, Resharper, git
- Knowledge of OOP principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Team leadership experience or tech leadership experience and wish to try team leadership experience
Ideally, you will also have:
- understanding and experience of FrontEnd Web development (React, Razor)
- expertise in utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based solutions
- have generic CAN and OBD knowledge
- familiarity with Docker containerization technologies
- experience working with Sentry, Elasticsearch, Kibana, or similar log management tools

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and the experiences, so we offer attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 25 Eur/h up to 35 Eur/h (~4200 Eur – 5880 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses. *
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
