We are currently expanding our team of Data Analytics and are looking for a Data Analyst proficient in developing Power BI reports and universal data products, with strong skills in developing KPIs and technical documentation.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate and analyze stakeholder user stories and related business processes for Power BI reports; communicate with stakeholders to refine metric definitions.
- Analyze available raw data and existing data products; plan technical tasks collaboratively.
- Develop Power BI reports and universal data products (dataflows, semantic models).
- Create, maintain, and contribute to technical and end-user documentation. Provide support to Power BI app end-users in both technical and analytical capacities.
- Test, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize owned data products and reports.
What we expect of you:
- Power BI Service Proficiency: preparing data using dataflows, writing DAX, creating and maintaining universal semantic models, and visualizing data effectively.
- KPI Development: Understanding of common KPIs across key business functions (e.g., sales, technical support, Agile) with the ability to develop meaningful new KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Documentation Discipline: Precise adherence to documented technical standards and the ability to create new documentation for KPIs, data products and reports.
- Data Organization: Ability to comprehend, systematize, and align large datasets from multiple business functions.
- Insight Delivery: Ability to derive insights from data and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services, including Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric, for data integration and management.
- Proficiency in using SQL for querying, optimizing, and interacting with databases to support data analytics.
- Experience in developing Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance Power BI solutions through automation, data collection, and integration with other systems.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 16 Eur/h up to 22 Eur/h (~2660 Eur – 3660 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses. *
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
