We are looking for a Bluetooth Product Owner to strengthen our ambitious and curious RnD Innovations team in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your visionary and product development skills.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious product owner to improve their technology skills, develop a comprehensive knowledge of Bluetooth products, and generate new ideas and innovations.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for your owned technology getting better in already developed products and plan new technologies implementation/delivery in future products.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors.
- Create visions and long-term roadmap for your technology products evolution.
- Analyze, prioritize, and plan RnD actions for delivery results.
- Take decisions and present them to stakeholders during periodic meetings.
- Use Jira as a primary management tool – create tasks/epics/initiatives, monitor development progress, create dashboards, etc.
- Negotiate resources and create a virtual multifunctional team for planned epics/initiatives.
- Initiate and/or organize new/innovative test methods and other verification processes.
What we expect of you:
- 1-2 years of knowledge, experience, or touch with owned Bluetooth technology.
- Good English language skills.
- Knowledge of Jira tool.
- Curiosity and proactivity in searching for the root cause.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and capability to systemize information.
- Ability to analyze and understand effect-cause relationships.
- Diligence, responsibility, initiative, and a sense of responsibility.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 28 Eur/h (~3300 Eur—4600 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
