In Compute Services (CS) department, Compute Hosting team is playing a key role in providing best in class, high stability and cost optimized compute offerings on-premise and in public cloud. The team is also playing a part in various technical solutions: design, implementation, and support, developing automation controls, and ensuring security best practices with modern ways of working.

We are looking for an inspiring Team Leader who will play a crucial role in team development, its performance, compute products roadmap, stakeholder, and technical management. You are a good addition if you enjoy understanding ins and outs of technology aspects, having a great package of soft skills, looking how to integrate technologies with modern and efficient ways of doing things.

On top of that, you will have an opportunity to drive compute hosting service roadmap in the bank, be part of public cloud migrations, own service which products were recognized with their efficiency level across the Nordics and in the global sector.

Mission

• Lead and manage the Compute Hosting team (6-7 people), ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability of all hosting services
• Act as the product owner for server-specific and virtualization platforms, as well as public cloud compute offerings
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, aligning with the overall IT and business objectives
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on projects and priorities
• Drive innovation in the compute hosting space by researching and implementing modern technologies and methodologies
• Define and oversee security and compliance measures within the compute hosting environment
• Manage budgets and forecast resource needs to support strategic initiatives and operational requirements

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least of 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of server hardware, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and public cloud services, (AWS preferred) compute offerings
• Proven experience working as a product owner with the ability to develop product strategies and roadmaps
• Solid stakeholder management skills with experience in negotiating and influencing at all levels
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead in a time-sensitive setting and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications in AWS, VMware, or similar technologies are highly desirable
• Experience working in global agile setups (would be a bonus)
• Upper-intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
