The Developer Experience Tribe offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the productivity and satisfaction of developers at Danske Bank.

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager/ Quality Assurance SME to join our organization. Your tasks will be centred around coaching, teaching/training, educating, and supporting, thereby maturing the IT organisation with regards to quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle. You will also participate in developing guides, teaching material and other material to support the organization’s maturity within quality assurance.

This role is not about hands-on test management, technical set-up or execution of test but a golden opportunity for a person who can effectively manage processes as well as guiding and enabling others on the path of quality assurance.

The location of the position is in Lithuania, which implies that you must be physically located in Lithuania and able to work from the Vilnius office. This role does not include a relocation allowance.

Mission

Armed with a comprehensive understanding of QA processes and phases, you will collaborate with a diverse set of individuals to shape the very tools, resources, and processes that will empower developers to innovate and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Implement the QA processes and requirements that align with the organization’s goals and priorities
• Maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent quality across all software development projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA activities into the development lifecycle
• Maintain and promote quality standards, guidelines, and methodologies for testing activities
• Support and educate the organization in obtaining and optimizing knowledge and skills within QA practices and processes
• Continuously improve QA practices by adopting industry best practices and emerging technologies

Skills

• Proven experience as a QA/Test Manager or similar role, especially in an Agile software development environment
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes in an agile development lifecycle
• Certified in software quality assurance ISTQB foundation level, or in-depth knowledge about the ISTQB standards and QA terms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams as well as speaking and teaching in front of a bigger crowd
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Team member who understands and embrace the value of working in a team
• Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3640 EUR to 5460 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
