Danske Bank is on a mission to become the most trusted financial partner, and our Compliance Policy Management Team in Lithuania is expanding to help us achieve this vision. We are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Policy Management Team, a vital part of our Group Compliance function committed to creating and maintaining effective policy documents valued across Danske Bank.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Mission
- Serve as a subject matter expert on policy management, guiding stakeholders through the process and ensuring complex regulatory requirements are translated into practical business guidance
- Act as a project manager for various team projects
- Build relationships with stakeholders by understanding their diverse needs and delivering value
- Focus on using technology and GenAI to enhance processes and outputs, with an emphasis on relevant skills and interests
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or a related field within the financial sector, consulting or law
- Higher education degree in Law, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient IT skills to support process and stakeholder engagement improvements
- Understanding of regulatory risk environments and financial regulations
- Advanced communication skills in English
- Ability to engage effectively with various levels of management and tailor communications to different audiences

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Officer - Compliance, Senior.
