As a Loan Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, playing a vital role in servicing, analyzing, and managing loans for SMEs in the Baltics. You'll be a key part of an agile, Pan Baltic team that supports your professional growth and encourages innovative thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Evaluate financing applications from SMEs in Lithuania.
  • Oversee the full cycle of financing projects - from application to closure.
  • Manage a dynamic loan portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide expert advice on alternative financing solutions to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Experience in lending or financial analysis (preferred, but not required).
  • Keen interest in alternative financing, financial analysis, and the Lithuanian business landscape.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
