Operations Officer in Card Operational Services Team

We are looking for You to join our team of 10 people. Here will not be much space for routine since we have a variety of 80 tasks. Supporting all Nordic markets in Cards area. Starting with Private cards exceptions and end2end processes for corporate cards. Can you imagine how awesome it would be to become an expert at handling most of them? The team will help you with all the tasks and questions you may have and support you in learning and decision-making.
Mission
- Ensure delivery of project activities and administrative tasks of Corporate cards ordering in different systems
- Solve issues related to cards ordering and administration
- Collaborate with Nordic teams to find the best solutions for case handling
- Communicate with colleagues regarding questions or issues in a written manner
Skills
- Motivation and curiosity to learn new things
- High level of accuracy and quality
- Critical mindset, detail orientation, flexibility
- Upper-intermediate English skills (in both speaking and writing)
- Not afraid to work in a tight deadlines environment and cope with peak periods

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery.
