Do you possess strong administrative and stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient and professional governance of IT solutions (especially SaaS and vendor solutions)?

If so, we have an opening for a Business Manager in our tribe. Your daily work will consist of collaborating with various stakeholders, handling administrative tasks related to IT solutions, IT governance, procuring new solutions, handing vendor agreements and together with a team of specialists ensuring necessary documentation and templates are completed.

Mission

• Support the domain and tribe leadership in administrative tasks related to IT and vendor governance
• Act as the primary liaison in software procurement cases between IT security, legal departments, and other key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding and streamlined administration of SaaS functionalities, risks, and compliance requirements
• Work closely with our architects and IT security to ensure that all SaaS solutions comply with internal security protocols and industry regulations, and that relevant documentation is completed
• Maintain disciplined administration around vendor governance, following up on contracts, SLAs, and gathering feedback to support the management team in vendor dialogs
• Participate in cost review and forecasting around IT and vendor solutions (including public cloud)

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or a similar role with a focus on SaaS or cloud services
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proven stakeholder management experience, capable of collaborating with leaders at all organizational levels to resolve impediments and drive alignment
• Curiosity, enthusiasm for knowledge sharing, and a commitment to continuous learning
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, tech-centric company would be beneficial
• Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2680 EUR to 4020 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Consultant - Business Support, Senior.
