As a Business Analyst in the Data Protection team, you will be responsible for building the processes and solutions in the 1st line of defence which enables the bank to protect the rights of our customers and employees, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Mission
- Contribute to the development and optimization of data protection processes, solutions, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to refine and deliver requirements from both regulatory and end-user perspectives
- Participate in workshops with Legal, Compliance, and technical and non-technical subject-matter experts across various business units
- Prepare visual representations, such as process diagrams or PowerPoint presentations, to be presented to relevant parties
- Document new workflows and controls in Standard Operating Procedures and Business Procedures
- Collect and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance data protection strategies
Skills
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement field or similar
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills
- Experience in creating instructions and guidelines such as Business Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
- Have knowledge of data privacy and data protection, with practical experience in GDPR or other compliance regulations would be beneficial
- An understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks and processes would be beneficial
- Proficient with presentation tools such as PowerPoint
- Be comfortable in a changing environment and eager to engage in a large and complex organization, where you can apply your initiative and involvement
- Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
