 Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry. 

 We are proud of working on made-in-Lithuania products and are looking for Accountant to contribute to successful growth of Teltonika Telematics.

In this role, you will:

• Calculate and prepare payroll and other related payments for disbursement (for a portion of the company’s employees, approximately 150-200, distributed by departments).
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), Social Insurance Fund (Sodra), Department of Statistics, department heads, and auditing company.
• Perform benefits in kind accounting (gifts, health insurance).
• Perform business trip expenses and payment of per diems accounting.
• Perform accountable persons (advance reports) accounting.
• Assist during the annual audit and inventory processes.
• Work on other tasks assigned by the head of the accounting department.

What we expect of you:

• Higher or university education in accounting, finance, or economics.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge and application of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating payroll accounting and the Corporate Income Tax Law.
• Understanding of Business Accounting Standards (VAS).
• Good MS Office skills.
• Experience working with the accounting software Rivilė (an advantage).
• Knowledge of the English language (an advantage).
• Openness to change, proactiveness, ability to work in a team, and rotate between job functions.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from ranges 15 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~ 2500 Eur – 3000  Eur)  pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses. 

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
