KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full implementation of the talent acquisition cycle for office positions;
- Leading hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment journey ensuring the best experience for them;
- Working closely with colleagues to advise on talent acquisition related issues;
- Market analysis, attracting and hunting new candidates, active participation in recruitment marketing campaigns;
- Follow talent acquisition KPI, initiate and implement performance improvements).
REQUIREMENTS
- Significant experience in talent acquisition;
- Excellent working skills with digital recruitment channels and different IT systems;
- Knowledge of the labor market, trend tracking, interest in recruitment marketing and candidate attraction methods;
- Excellent English language skills (required when dealing with an international team).
