Task information:
- Manage and plan the recruitment process.
- Manage retention policy in the company
- Work with various automatization and optimization processes.
- Developing, optimizing, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Developing and managing the staffing and go-to-market strategy to ensure the right talents are in the right positions at the right time.
- Support current and future business needs by providing HR support in employee development & engagement.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Experience within the field of HR Shared Services.
- Experienced in stakeholder management of senior business and HR leaders and works councils.
- Experienced and skilled in project management.
- Demonstrated track record in working through complex HR issues.
- Proven track record in implementing HR strategies that contribute to business growth.
- Leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic, complex environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge in Russian (big advantage)
