Task information:
- Maintain and develop business partnerships and potential sales channels;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, identifying potential opportunities for new product or initiative implementation;
- Take ownership in leading new product development projects (corporate, retail segments, special attention to lending area);
- Monitor efficiency and profitability of the products and services, and provide insights for improvements;
- Assist in efficiently preparing and conducting meetings focused on targeting key accounts.
Requirements:
- An education in accounting, finances, economics, or a similar field;
- Fluent professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages;
- 5+ years of business development/ sales experience in banking or finance areas;
- Good understanding of credit services, and modern banking technologies;
- Great communication, collaboration, teamwork skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
