AR Accountant

Task information:

• Perform day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities, reconciliation, and reporting tasks following global procedures.
• Post and allocate incoming payments correctly and in a timely manner.
• Investigate unallocated payments.
• Create internal billing invoices accurately within the agreed deadline and reconcile intercompany transactions during month-end closing.
• Review deliverables prepared by other finance colleagues.            
• Train and educate new and existing finance colleagues (incl. those from other functions).

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience within the Accounts Receivable field (minimum 1 year).
• A willingness to learn and a commitment to striving for improvements.
• Analytical mindset with solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Strong cooperation skills in a cross-cultural organization.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication (additional languages are considered an asset).
• Ongoing or completed studies in finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline would be considered an advantage.
