KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage strategic project from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to foster collaboration and alignment
- Implement best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze project performance and derive insights to inform future projects and strategies
- Ensure that all projects comply with corporate policies and industry regulations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management
- Strong understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and strategic planning
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI Agile, CSM, SAFe, etc.) is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello)
