HR Services covers the operational part of the employee lifecycle, providing effective services and engaged teams through simple, efficient, and service-minded solutions to employees and managers at Danske Bank. We aspire to provide high-quality services, operational excellence, and enhanced workflow to enable our colleagues to prosper in their roles.

You will lead one of the Global HR Services team – New Hires Center of Excellence, responsible for supporting Nordic managers in hiring new employees. This team is responsible for administration of hiring process starting with contract preparation, work permits, employee ID creation in HRIS and ending with payroll control.

As a Team leader, you will be responsible for the team of 9 employees. On a daily basis, you will engage in projects and contribute with innovation, knowledge, and a desire to carry out our strategy. You will also work on systems, processes, and improved experience for the group’s benefit.

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

Mission

  • Lead, coordinate and develop the team, ensuring quality and consistency in HR services
  • Supervise and be accountable for the New Hires in HR services
  • Find opportunities to improve the service in collaboration with other stakeholders with a focus on manager and employee experience
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with other Group HR and HR Services teams
  • Ensure compliance according to group standards and policies, implement necessary control points
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Lead various local and international projects

Skills

  • At least 2 years of team management experience is required
  • Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills on all levels of seniority
  • Solid sense of accountability
  • Experience in process improvements/ simplification of user journeys
  • Developed time planning and organizational skills
  • Flexible and self-driven approach in an ever-changing environment
  • Leadership capabilities to motivate, delegate tasks, promote discussions, workshops and initiatives
  • HR administration management experience (would be a benefit)
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer:

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3240 EUR to 4860 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Leader of team.
