Senior Risk Specialist for Third-Party Risk Management

As a Senior Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the identification, assessment, and management of vendor risks within the organisation. This includes developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and procedures to ensure that risks are effectively detected, registered, managed, and mitigated.
Our office is located in Vilnius, Lithuania, but working from home up to two days a week is an option.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different level of seniority for the role.
Mission
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and procedures to manage vendor risks effectively
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop tailored mitigation strategies
- Engage with senior management and stakeholders to present and discuss vendor-related issues and risks
- Create and maintain risk management documentation, including guidelines and instructions for managing vendor risks
- Monitor technology risk exposures, ensuring that risk controls are robust and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Provide expert guidance and support in implementing risk management controls and procedures across technology teams
- Proactively identify, develop, and lead initiatives to enhance our risk management framework
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in third-party risk management, vendor risk management, or a related field
- A degree in Technology or Science (e.g., physics, mathematics), or a related field
- Skilled in solving complex problems with a pragmatic approach
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player
- Upper-intermediate English language skills
- Experience in stakeholder management at all levels of seniority
- Comprehensive understanding of core regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, DORA, and other compliance standards, is highly desirable

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
