Service Delivery Specialist in Business Financing Team

Are you interested in business customer financing and would like to handle different administrative tasks related to loans and credits?
Join our Business Financing area, which consists of 9 International teams located in Nordics and Lithuania. You will be part of a Team in Vilnius of 16 people. We provide service for various business customers segments in establishing loans and credits, creating agreements, collateral documents, guarantees. And also we follow up on customer liabilities and administer financing products throughout their lifecycle. Our team takes care not only of back-office tasks, but has interactions with customers and relationship managers.
We concentrate on driving high-quality results and positive customer interactions, while also cultivating a team environment that values transparency and collaboration. You will develop your coordination, problem-solving and creative customer orientation skill-set
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.
This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.
Mission
- Deal with various loan servicing requests received from Customer advisor
- Take responsibility to maintain high-quality services for our customers
- Handle daily communication inside the team and with our stakeholders
- Manage the workflow according to established deadlines
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects (LEAN, robotics, automation)
Skills
- 1+ years of previous experience working with operations or administrative tasks would be considered as a beneficial asset
- Motivated and customer-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented with focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
- Flexibility to work with diverse and different tasks
- Proactive approach and ability to manage one’s tasks effectively
- Willing to learn in a changing international environment
- Solid focus on teamwork
- Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery Specialist.
