Our mission in the AML Review Tribe is to protect our customers, society and banks from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance. We are a high-performance Squad that supports the needs of Tribes from a technology and process governance perspective. Our Squad is composed of a Product Owner, Business Analysts, a Release and Change Manager, DevSecOps engineers, and Developers located in Denmark and Lithuania. We own shared infrastructure, DevSecOps tasks, release and test management, and drive an automated testing agenda. We also work to improve the overall monitoring of test processes and ultimately own IT Service management activities, QA and operational excellence agendas.
We have a fantastic team atmosphere and spirit, and we are eager to welcome a Senior End-to-End Quality Assurance Coordinator to our team. The selected individual will be tasked with providing support to selected area to increase QA maturity and run test coordination activities.
Mission
- Develop comprehensive area-specific test plans and design test scenarios adhering to SDLC and ISTQB guidelines, ensuring they align with the unique requirements of the selected area
- Manage the execution of test cases within the designated area, actively monitor testing progress, and systematically report updates to stakeholders; also coordinate all QA-related activities specific to the area
- Act as the primary contact between development teams within the area, fostering strong collaboration and knowledge exchange to enhance delivery quality
- Proactively identify potential risks associated with the development processes in the area and devise targeted risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure that all testing practices and processes within the area comply with relevant industry standards and adapt to new best practices to maintain high-quality output
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at various organizational levels to ensure clear understanding and support for QA initiatives within the area
- Oversee and analyze QA portfolio metrics specific to the area, driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery and performance
- Champion the ongoing management and refinement of area-specific QA strategies to align with broader organizational objectives
Skills
- Demonstrated success in a QA role, complete with a robust experience in test planning, execution, and detailed reporting
- Exceptional analytical acuity and proficient problem-solving capabilities
- Highly organized communicator possessing strong facilitation skills
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to operate autonomously and efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Holding an ISTQB or equivalent certification is considered as a benefit
- Project Management experience would be an additional benefit
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst-Business, Senior.
