Mission

• Drive analysis, explore business needs and, and address problems
• Drive processes from exploration to release
• Convert business needs into detailed requirement specifications for development
• Work collaboratively with Developers and Architects in your and other squads to ensure business needs are accurately developed and implemented
• Support stakeholders, Users and tech-colleagues with quality assurance and testing

Skills

• Knowledge on BPMN notation is a significant benefit
• Very Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge on Process Orchestration / Workflow Automation is beneficial
• Outgoing, convincing, creative, and pragmatic
• Experience in working in distributed teams
• Able to define and prioritize own tasks
• Commercial understanding and Customer focus
• Experience with IT development would be a valuable asset
• Upper-intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business, Senior.
