The Intelligent Automation Tribe is the home enabling the organization to capture benefits while waiting for the strategic systems or complete process transformation; development and maintenance of new and existing intelligent automation solutions; expertise of industry’s best practices, innovations, and standards creation.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our NewTech, Standards and Infrastructure team. In this team, we ensure stable automation infrastructure, work with joint tribe projects (Cloud migration, Citizen Automation framework governance), deliver bank-wide training and discover, test, implement and scale new technologies according to the bank’s needs.
Mission
- Lead change – run initiatives and projects that enable automation technologies in the bank
- Shape and implement Citizen Development framework to scale up automation initiatives
- Work closely with IT Platform Engineers, Software Developers, Business Analysts, IT & Enterprise Architects to enable automation framework across the organization
- Maintain a strategic focus for the project with frequent interaction between the involved parties to ensure a balance between the immediate project needs and the long-term goals of Danske Bank
- Build and develop partnerships with stakeholders to secure their engagement and support deliverables
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to the Tribe leadership
- Manage project(s) issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline while managing scope and delivery time
Skills
- Strong project management experience with a particular focus on automation and technological implementations
- Great interest in IT and automation fields with a proactive constant search for new options and ways how to drive automation agenda in the organization
- Proven experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment, with excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
- Comfortable with a changing environment and curious about engaging in a large and complex organization where you where you can show your proactivity and commitment
- Advanced English language skills
Valuable advantages
- Familiarity with Automation Tools: Knowledge of various automation tools enhances your capability to lead projects effectively
- IT Security and Risk Assessment Experience: You have experience assessing IT security risks which is important for managing initiatives related to the infrastructure changes
- Proficiency in Atlassian Tools: Experience with JIRA/Confluence

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Project Manager.
