You will have an opportunity to be a part of a team that provides services in Everyday Banking Corporate such as accounts opening/closure procedures, implementing customer packages and ensuring smooth District (e-banking) features set-up for the Finish and Norway market.

We are looking for a colleague who would be focused on efficiency, team goals, seek to provide high-quality services to our corporate customers, and be engaged in Lean culture.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Mission

• Ensure delivery of Everyday Banking Corporate day-to-day services for Finish & Norway business and VIP customers
• Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
• Have close collaboration with Finish & Norway advisers’ teams, stakeholders and optimize solutions for our customers
• Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for the solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)
• Be part of various initiatives and projects

Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in an operational or administrative role would be a beneficial asset
• Critical mindset, detail orientation
• Focus on high quality and accuracy
• Team player and goal-oriented
• High collaboration and communications skills
• Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer:

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery.
