As an Operations Officer, you will be one of the key members of an ever-growing team that deals with international payment-related tasks. Being our team member will play an essential role in customer satisfaction for customers from Danske Bank branches in Scandinavia and Europe.
Our team is responsible for repairing payments that cannot be processed automatically.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.
Mission
- Resolve various payment-related issues and requests received from different bank branches, customers, and internal teams via internal systems, Outlook, and phone
- Process transactions according to strict cut-off deadlines
- Be involved in quality improvement from customer and system perspectives
- Deal with high-quality requests for customer satisfaction
- Closely collaborate with other teams
Skills
- Higher education degree
- Experience in an operational or administrative role in a large company
- Payments processing experience or SWIFT knowledge is a solid advantage
- Ability to prioritise and multitask with great attention to detail
- Capable to work individually and within a team
- Ability to handle stress when working with high value payments and strict cut off times
- Upper-Intermediate English (written and verbal)

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery.
