Task information:
- Execute operational activities by collecting data from clients and conducting reviews with an emphasis on quality
- Participate in the development of audit plans and strategies, gaining an understanding of the client and their business processes
- Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with senior team members
- Continuously acquire new skills such as audit planning, project management, and time management
- Collaborate with teams and clients locally and internationally to ensure the timely delivery of all project stages in accordance with PwC's quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or expected graduation within the next 12 months)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools
- Excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and adeptness in multitasking
- Advanced proficiency in Lithuanian and upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English
- Previous experience in project leadership is advantageous
