Implementation Lead in Sanctions and PEP Screening

Do you have extensive experience as a Project Manager, focusing on stakeholder management, transformation, service delivery, and end-to-end process optimization?
You have the opportunity to take on the role of Implementation Lead in Sanctions & PEP Screening, where you will work closely with other key stakeholders in the organization to drive and implement the bank’s strategic vision and make a real difference in shaping the future of customer experience.
You will coordinate the long-term transformation roadmap for Sanctions & PEP Screening-related processes, implementation, execution follow-up, and service delivery performance management. You will engage with relevant stakeholders within Danske Bank and facilitate cross-functional alignment, transformations, and improvements.
In this position, you will apply your skills in project and stakeholder management, operational process improvement, and performance management.

Mission
- Manage stakeholders across various seniority levels and functions, as well as external partners, to create a shared and agreed development roadmap in alignment with the overall strategy of the bank
- Facilitate and guide related discussions on risk management, customer experience aspirations, process visions, target ambitions, and the implementation plan for the agreed roadmap
- Help teams implement changes effectively and facilitate internal communication and collaboration
- Develop and maintain a roadmap of projects and other initiatives, aligning the scope with our strategy and our own process vision
- Ensure the execution and steering of the project portfolio
Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in the compliance area, project or program management, customer service management, and/or process excellence and development
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Proactive, result-oriented, and adaptive personality
- Proven presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in an engaging manner
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to organize and lead others
- Willingness to actively take ownership and drive tasks to a successful conclusion in an uncertain environment
- Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3960 EUR to 5940 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Consultant - Development, Principal.
