We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking individual to join our Tech Strategy unit as a Generative AI Data Engineer. We would like you to take on the role of designing credible and scalable data infrastructure to facilitate GenAI solutions, guaranteeing smooth integration of data sources, pipelines, and storage systems.
Our Tech Strategy team is developing the GenAI journey for the bank, and as our new GenAI Data Engineer, you will be a key driver in shaping and developing this journey. It is an opportunity to work together with committed and skilled colleagues in an international environment, with room for experimenting and growing together as a team and individually.
This position can be based in Denmark, Copenhagen, or Vilnius, Lithuania.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.
Mission
- Design and support a robust data infrastructure to power our GenAI solutions
- Ensure seamless integration of varied data sources, pipelines, and storage solutions
- Collaborate with our GenAI team to incorporate AI models into our existing data infrastructure while prioritizing data availability, quality, and performance
- Promptly and efficiently troubleshoot any data-related issues that arise
- Optimize data workflows to ensure efficient data processing and analysis
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends in GenAI, evaluating and integrating best-in-class tools, frameworks, and practices to continually enhance our capabilities
- Continually refine and adjust data architectures based on real-time feedback and evolving project requirements
Skills
- PhD or master’s degree in data/computer science, AI, or other relevant disciplines
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or a similar role in data handling
- Comprehensive understanding of data architectures and the adaptability to keep up with the fast-paced changes in the GenAI field
- Extensive problem-solving skills and a great desire for continuous learning and growth
- Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial, as you’ll be working in a diverse team environment with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, including use of LLM APIs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama2), embeddings, vector databases, orchestration tools (langchain), etc.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or other similar services like AWS Sagemaker
- Prior experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies (would be a plus)
- Upper-Intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3240 EUR to 4860 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be IT Database Engineer.
