Product Owner

I am Mindaugas Mažulis and I’m leading Self-Service Products Development Unit in Telia Lietuva. I’m seeking for a skilled My Telia app Product Owner to join my team.  As a group of skilled professionals, we focus on B2X self-service and mobile app domains, leveraging our expertise to create a seamless digital experience for customers.

You will be responsible for owning and driving the development of My Telia app, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Updated My Telia app was recently released to production and now we’re gearing up to enhance it with new exciting features. 

The role includes, but is not limited to:  

• Product Ownership: defining, prioritizing, and managing the product roadmap for My Telia app, considering customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. 

• Stakeholder Management: collaborating with stakeholders (such as channels and commerce teams), understanding their requirements and incorporating their feedback into product planning and development. 

• User Experience and Design: working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly application interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction and drive its adoption. 

 Your Experience: 

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the Telco industry, IT or related field. 
• Exceptional skills in requirements preparation, including gathering, documenting, and prioritizing product requirements based on customer and stakeholder inputs. 
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3600 Eur (gross) to 5000 Eur (gross) monthly. Plus, annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
