We are part of the Technology and Services (T&S) Investment and Performance Management department (CFO area), responsible for the financial performance management of the Group’s Technology & Services Division and its investment programme.
Our team is responsible for the development of new processes and reporting practices to ensure our organisation and stakeholders are actively involved in delivering strategic goals. With new initiatives launched across Danske Bank, it is crucial that we develop our reporting and follow-up processes, accordingly, aligning our work across key stakeholder areas and other business areas within Danske Bank.
After joining this team, you will manage the maintenance, creation, development, and documentation of various processes and solutions related to expenses, cost allocation, budgets, and forecasts for stakeholders across the organisation, enabling them to reach their financial objectives. This multifaceted position involves data processing, handling, visualisation, process development, project management, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with colleagues in Vilnius and Copenhagen, as well as stakeholders across the organisation, providing you with a broad network of contacts within the bank.

Mission
- Independently run efficient monthly processes for selected solutions
- Design technical tools to optimise and automate workflows
- Drive and/or participate in initiatives and projects related to process development and enhancement of reporting practices
- Create and continuously improve process documentation content and materials
- Provide analysis and insights, exploring business needs and problems
- Act as a close and professional sparring partner for the team, managers, and stakeholders

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business.
