As a self-motivated developer, you’ll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in building our GenAI platform and implementing new GenAI use cases across the group.

Our GenAI team is leading the GenAI journey across the bank, and as our new GenAI Full Stack Developer, you’ll be a key driver in shaping and developing this journey. You’ll have the opportunity to work with committed and skilled colleagues in an international environment, with room for experimentation and growth—both as a team and individually.

Mission

• Lead the development of our GenAI platform on the cloud (AWS), ensuring scalability, security, and compliance
• Collaborate proactively with diverse teams
• Conduct proof of concepts for various use cases and bring these use cases to production
• Craft clean, efficient, and easily maintainable code
• Participate in design and code reviews to maintain the highest level of code quality
• Identify and resolve issues across our development, testing, and production environments
• Inspire developers through knowledge sharing and collaboration

Skills

• Have more than 6-8 years of industry experience in software engineering
• High proficiency in one or more interpreted languages such as TypeScript or Python, and related frameworks
• Experience working with cloud technologies
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Advanced English language skills (both spoken and written)

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with generative AI technologies, including the use of GenAI model APIs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama2), embeddings, vector databases, LangChain, etc.
• Strong fluency in Python
• Knowledge of enterprise security best practices
• Experience working with one or more cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience with Terraform

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 5280 EUR to 7920 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be IT Software Engineer (Cloud Specialist), Chief.
