You will be formally part of the Regulatory Governance and Secretariat Team, a dedicated group of professionals focused on fighting financial crime. Our goal is to ensure that 1st Line Financial Crime Risk complies with regulatory and internal obligations, including robust governance practices.
This dedicated team consists of a broad mix of experienced professionals with backgrounds ranging from training, QA, compliance to legal consulting. You will get good exposure around the business and a great opportunity to build solid relationships.

Mission
- Focus on producing minutes, managing actions, and reporting to the council’s governing body
- Conduct quality control of inputs to the council
- Facilitate and support council meetings
- Support various data and reporting tasks
- Review and enhance existing processes and documentation
- Engage with stakeholders across all organisational levels
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, financial crime prevention, or a related area
- Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while delivering high-quality work
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on detail
- Structured approach with attention to detail and ownership abilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Officer - Business Risk & Controls.
