Mission
- Verify compliance with pre-established quality standards in Data Protection Support processes, such as data breach management, data subject rights implementation, and more
- Analyse data and prepare reports to improve quality performance at both the individual and team levels, in accordance with internal rules and regulations
- Prepare action proposals to prevent recurring deficiencies
- Maintain consistency in quality assessment criteria across various cases, ensuring alignment with agreements adopted by stakeholders
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Data Protection Support processes and the controls embedded in them, offering strategic insights and recommendations for improvement
- Optimise the use of quality assurance processes and ensure improvements in quality reports
- Champion GDPR compliance efforts through thorough quality assurance practices
Skills
- 2 years of experience in data protection or quality assurance
- Comprehensive understanding of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
- Keen attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Higher education degree
- Advanced English skills, both in speaking and writing, are necessary
- Experience working in international/global shared service centres or the banking sector would be beneficial
- Legal background or qualifications pertaining to data protection would be beneficial as well

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Officer – Business Risk & Controls.
