Are you adept at leveraging technology to drive business results? Do you have a keen analytical mind complemented by great mathematical skills? Join our collaborative Public Cloud Services team and play have an important part in shaping our cloud strategies and solutions.

You will become an integral part of our Public Cloud Services team, responsible for developing robust business cases and tracking the tangible benefits of our cloud initiatives. The team consists of 20 people, located in Lithuania, Denmark and India.

Your role will involve mapping detailed initiatives to specific deliverables, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

We are looking for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment where trust and teamwork are paramount. Your core competencies should include turning complex scenarios into straightforward solutions, enhancing operational processes, and effectively utilizing advanced technology.

In our team, you will collaborate closely with project managers and technical experts to deliver strategic cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will extend to optimizing project outcomes by ensuring that initiatives are precisely aligned with technical capabilities and business objectives. This involves significant interaction with leadership and key stakeholders to secure approvals and facilitate smooth implementation.

The workplace is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Mission

• Develop and refine business cases for cloud-based projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Track and report on the benefits and outcomes of cloud initiatives, providing actionable insights
• Engage with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Play a critical role in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing cloud service offerings

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in technology or cloud-related projects
• Great analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to process and analyse data effectively
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and the ability to quickly adapt to new technological environments
• Good communication skills, capable of handling complex discussions and presenting data and insights clearly
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis and presentation tools
• Experience in Project Management would be considered as a beneficial asset
• Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
