Business Analyst for Everyday Banking – Corporate, Manage Reporting
Area
You will join the Manage Reporting squad, which is anchored in India and Lithuania. This squad is responsible for defining and building the next generation of our reporting and audit products for our corporate customers.
Manage Reporting is part of the Everyday Banking Corporate organization with more than 150 enthusiastic colleagues based out of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, and India.
The position will be based in Vilnius.
Mission
As a Business Analyst, your primary role will be to ensure the product development of our Solutions in our Manage Reporting team. That means, you take lead on creating innovative solutions within your area of our portfolio into vision you set in collaboration with the team and our customers. We will be counting on you to utilize your innovative ideas and methodologies to ensure that your area is continuously growing and improving to support our customers daily
What will you do?
- Identify, analyse, and provide inputs to development team to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders during incidents
- Design new solutions in collaboration with the team
- Ensuring close collaboration and driving pilots of new products with customers
- Roll out new products to customers across the Nordics
- Prepare and facilitate meetings and workshops with relevant stakeholders
- Identify, flag and proactively handle potential risks within a task / assignment / project
- See the overall picture and continuously seek to improve standard processes related to the business analysis discipline

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Business Analyst.
