Area

Do you have a deep-rooted interest in procurement, premises and sustainability? Do you enjoy working in a team setting? Are you motivated by the prospect of advancing the sustainability agenda? We are looking for an Associate Sustainability Analyst with a strong interest in data management and sustainability reporting to join our team.

Join our international team of seven people who work with sustainability on a global scale. Our team consists of members based in Denmark, Lithuania and Norway. The team is responsible for developing a sustainable supply chain, building a sustainable workplace, and reporting on the Bank’s own emissions and human rights impact from our own operations.

The working culture is informal, multinational, and collaborative. We support each other on the projects we carry out – weTeam Up. We enjoy collaboration and diversity, appreciating managing one’s own tasks as well as working as a team. All team members are reporting to the Head of Sustainability Procurement & Premises.

We imagine you are a collaborator by nature with experience in sustainability reporting, data management and regulatory requirements. You have great attention to detail and know how to assess data quality and ensure data is used efficiently.

You easily transform complex data into key findings and understand that different stakeholders will have different expectations on how data is presented and communicated. Your structured approach and drive to meet team objectives make you a valuable addition to our team. Although data analysis skills are required, it is equally important that you can translate your findings into business insights.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

  • Support on aligning our approach to supplier related sustainability data with the Bank’s general approach to risk related to third parties
  • Support our work in automating data flows on sustainability data

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in working with sustainability data and reporting
