Property Valuation LT is a part of the Center of Excellence within Property Valuation Nordic, working across the Nordics. Our team in LT consists of 4 people, Property Valuation Nordic consists of 32 people based in various locations in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Lithuania. You will be located in Lithuania.

Property Valuation Nordic is responsible for performing valuations for commercial properties, private properties, agricultural and forest properties in Finland, Norway and Sweden. Our scope of responsibilities includes conducting new valuations and providing yearly updates of existing values. Additionally, we are sparring partners to our stakeholders on real estate-related matters. Our team ensures that all valuations of commercial properties, private properties, agricultural and forest properties at Danske Bank are carefully conducted and monitored.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

Please note that this is a fixed-term, part-time contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 6 months).

Mission

• Perform property valuations quickly and efficiently in accordance with our internal procedures and Danske Bank’s requirements. Initially, you will focus on performing annual updates of property valuations in a precise manner
• Carefully evaluate market parameters by analyzing existing rents, costs, and yields, and apply that overview to each unique property
• Document your findings in internal systems and templates
• Communicate effectively and proactively with colleagues and other stakeholders across the Nordics

Skills

• You possess the ability to work independently, employing a structured approach in a time-sensitive environment
• You are willing to handle a large volume of routine tasks
• You maintain a high sense of responsibility, drive, and commitment to delivering high quality on time
• You have attained higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
• You have experience working in the banking sector or possess back-office experience (at least 1 year)
• You are fully proficient in English (Intermediate skills)
• Finnish or Swedish language skills would be advantageous (In addition to your salary, you will receive a language bonus depending on your proficiency level)
• Experience in real estate valuations would be beneficial

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Specialist – Risk, Associate.
