
Associate Markets Specialist in the Markets Services Area (Temporary Contract)

We are looking for a collaborative and keen to learn colleague who is interested to learn more about investment and services in Markets Services field (derivatives, reference data, centralized reconciliation, etc.), and want to work in a fun, diverse & flexible environment.
In our area, we are working with different types of customers in Nordics and other Danske Bank Group countries and our main mission is to help our clients to run their businesses efficiently. To do that we are building close collaboration with our customers, stakeholders, and the largest global counterparties and by close day-to-day contact with them, we ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
We have proactive plans and for that, we are looking for additional support. We are offering a temporary fixed-term contract with expected duration until the end of December 2025.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).
This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.
Mission
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Perform controls and reviews of process steps
- Support colleagues in the area with a large variety of administrative tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues of various internal departments
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in transactions processing
Skills
- Higher education or final year student in finance, economics, or a related field (ability to work full time)
- Attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines
- A Team-oriented person who enjoys working, sharing knowledge, and having fun together
- Curious personality and willing to search for the answer to the questions that come up
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to grow
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills in writing, speaking, and understanding
- Previous experience in transactions processing within a financial institution or asset management firm would be considered a benefit

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1600 EUR to 2400 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
